Trump Jr. Calls Truth Social Memcoin Release Information a Lie
Recurring rumors about the launch of a new memecoin linked to the Truth Social platform have been called “lies” by the US President’s son Donald Trump Jr. He said that such reports are spread by disinformation outlets and have no basis in fact.

Previously, Ran Neuner, the founder of Crypto Banter and host of CNBC Crypto Trader, claimed that the team behind the TRUMP token was working on a new crypto project based on Trump's social network. However, the family itself denied this information. The denial was supported by World Liberty Financial (WLF), a DeFi platform associated with the president's family. The project's statement emphasized that WLF remains the only officially supported financial initiative of the Trumps.
“All other Trump-branded digital asset offerings are fraudulent or unauthorized,” WLF added, urging investors to avoid suspicious tokens.
It was previously reported that on May 11, 2025, a major investor known as a “crypto whale” redistributed his assets - he sold $9.9 million of TRUMP tokens associated with US President Donald Trump and purchased $16 million of the Pepe (PEPE) memecoin through futures contracts.
