Soneium blockchain launches its first music NFT collection
The Soneium blockchain, a project by Sony, is launching its first music NFT collection, developed in collaboration with Coop Records.

The collection features unreleased tracks by Japanese artist NUU$HI. The music NFT includes a 22-minute track priced at 0.000777 ether (approximately $2.12). The collection is available for purchase on the Soneium Sonova marketplace.
"Cryptocurrency is finally entering an era where applications are in the spotlight, and tokens are the center of attention. Creators and experienced users will benefit the most from this," said Coop Records founder Cooper Terley.
It is worth noting that Coop Records is a label founded by the crypto community, which has already placed over 600 songs on the blockchain.
Earlier, we reported that the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange is closing its NFT marketplace two years after launching the platform.
