Pump.fun has launched its own exchange

The meme token platform Pump.fun has launched its own decentralized exchange (DEX) PumpSwap on Solana, discontinuing its operations with Raydium. This was reported by the platform's press service.

The launch of the exchange comes amid intensified competition between platforms for trading memecoins in the Solana ecosystem. Now, memetokens that source liquidity through Pump.fun are automatically listed on PumpSwap. Previously, the coins were listed on Raydium.

"The new DEX works similarly to Raydium V4 and Uniswap V2, focusing on simplifying trading for users," the platform stated.

Clients can move tokens to the new exchange instantly and without fees.

Previously, lawyers from Burwick Law and Wolf Popper LLP demanded that the meme token platform Pump.fun remove Dogshit2 tokens and certain cryptocurrency assets that illegally use their intellectual property.
