The new digital asset will be backed by government bonds, which should guarantee its stability and user trust. The local blockchain provider Asterium will develop the infrastructure with the support of the vendor Broxus, which specializes in solutions for the TON ecosystem.

Integration with existing platforms looks strategic: the HUMO payment system already covers 35 million users, which could become a key factor in the rapid distribution of the new token. The stablecoin will be available in two blockchain networks:

  • Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) - for interaction with decentralized applications (dApps) and DeFi protocols;
  • TON Virtual Machine (TVM) — for operation within The Open Network ecosystem, which will open up opportunities for high-load services and international integration.

This solution will provide the token with flexibility and compatibility with popular smart contract systems, which will simplify its use for both individuals and legal entities. The initiative has become part of a broader strategy for the development of digital finance in the country. According to HUMO representatives, the introduction of the token complies with the current legislation of the republic and is aimed at popularizing blockchain technologies in mass financial transactions.

The platform is planned not only as a means of payment, but also as a basis for the subsequent development of other digital services, including microcredit, transfers and tokenized assets.

Earlier it was reported that the Central Bank of Kazakhstan took on the regulation of digital asset turnover in the country. This will be possible after the national cryptocurrency exchanger, which will operate with the appropriate license, starts operating in the state.
