Altcoin XRP becomes best-selling on Binance in December

The altcoin XRP became one of the most popular assets on the global cryptocurrency exchange Binance in December 2024. This was reported by CryptoQuant analyst Jay Ar Maartunn, according to Investing.com.

It is noted that XRP became the best-selling altcoin on the Binance Futures market, with trading volume already reaching $116.6 billion, although the month has not yet ended. The cryptocurrency was traded with higher volumes than others throughout the month. This surge occurred when the token's price reached its highest point in three years and then sharply dropped.

Despite the decline of XRP by more than 25%, the analyst considers the cryptocurrency to be stable. 

Maartunn stated that XRP seems to be recovering faster than most altcoins, despite larger market issues.
