T-Bank Issues Financial Assets Linked to Bitcoin
T-Bank has issued digitalized financial assets (DFA), the cost of which depends on the price of the first cryptocurrency. This product is intended exclusively for qualified investors, as required by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

One DFA is equivalent to 0.001 bitcoin, when purchasing it, the investor has the digital right to receive an amount that corresponds to the price of the specified share of BTC. You will have to pay 8854.29 rubles for one asset. The price is determined based on the average bitcoin rate from several trading platforms and the current US dollar exchange rate on the day of the asset issue. The issuer purchased and credited real bitcoin in advance to a special infrastructure that ensures its safe storage.
The circulation period of the digital financial assets is 30 days. After this period, the issuer pays the asset holders an amount in rubles equivalent to the value of 0.001 bitcoin on the maturity date, taking into account fluctuations in the exchange rate of the cryptocurrency and the ruble. However, the investor also has the opportunity to sell the digital financial assets earlier, since the secondary market is supported by a market maker. You can purchase digital financial assets through the T-Bank mobile application; you do not need to be registered on the cryptocurrency exchange to do this.
It was previously reported that Sber is developing a new investment product - structured bonds , whose yield will depend on changes in the prices of digital assets.
